• Finish connection to Top construction companies/property developers  of  Philippines;

• Collect and follow up the big construction upcoming projects in the market;

• Collect projects information of thee big companies and follow up the process of these projects;

    Analysis & Reporting Task
    - Preparing reports for head office
-    Recording and maintaining client contact data (local contractors, builders..）
-    Meeting targets
-   sMarketing analysis

Required Experience/Skills Detail

- Age: over 30 year olds with at least 3 years’ experience in project development/ management in construction and real estate field.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

- - Increases/grow sales through exploring and developing business on various Construction markets

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management team.

- Generating Sales leads via cold calls, telephone calling and partners

- Complies with reportorial requirements/ Daily reporting on Sales tools

- Good command of written and spoken English (Using Mandarin is an advantage)

- Salary is open

- 13th Month Pay – 13th month pay will be paid to you in every December on pro rate basis after probation.

- Commissions – sales personnel are entitled to commissions based on collections or paid sales -

- Annual Leave / & Vacation leave: –
